I didn't know about Sparefoot, a great site to look for nearby storage. I made the decision for Simply Self Storage for its proximity, price, cleanliness, service, for being a new building, for lending the moving truck at no extra cost. The attendant Sharon was extremely efficient, explained in detail all the procedures, set up the contract, explained about the lease of the truck at no extra cost, showed the space, door lock, loading and unloading access. Anyway, being the first time I used a storage, I was very pleased with the location, because it gave me a lot of confidence that my products would be well kept and with the service and instructions received. I highly recommend this site and its staff for sure.

Very clean and nice facility with provided cylinder locks. Paying $75/month for an extra closet I have to drive to is pretty asinine, though. Comparable to nearby storage units but it is still ridiculous.

This is a new facility in quick, convenient location on Reams. Easy access in and out with great customer service. No complaints.

The man working was named Bill, I believe, and he walked me through the facility and showed me my unit before deciding what size I needed. He was very courteous and thorough in explaining the contract and pricing. The facility itself is extremely clean and well kept. Itâs all indoors, requiring an access code to enter the building, and makes me feel my belongings are safe there. Although itâs a little on the expensive end, it was worth it to me for the security and its proximity to Disney.

The process to get and move-in to Simply Storage was mush less painful than the actual move. The Staff have been extremely helpful and pleasant the speak with. The facility has great security features, and is very clean!!! Would recommend for anyone needing extra space....
