I received very friendly service from the manager but I'm kind of saddened by the fact that there's no air conditioning in the units. I would have loved to have been able to put my guitars and television in there but I feared the heat would harm them. other than that, everything is good!

This was the cheapest place I found online but they get u with the administration fee and insurance fee they add on every month. But they do offer a free truck rental which is always good but it was booked when I needed it so best bet is to call and book it ASAP.

After looking at the facility for the the first time I found out alot. Uncles Bobs has plenty of units available, lots of cameras, helpful polite employees, and feel safe.... Helps to that they are the cheapest in town.

Added many items to the original cost without asking if it was needed. Once I figured that part of it out, the price went down and everything was fine.

This unit was easy to rent and the most affordable. The staff was extremely friendly and always worked to give me the most affordable options. Very nice and easy to work with especially because I was renting from another state and had to often communicate over the phone.

Only bad thing is that they charge you for insurance, mandatory they say. Has anyone ever turned in a claim and collected?

We were having issues trying to fit our car trailer in our original unit and the staff was very responsive in trying to help our situation. They were willing to work with us and help us find a larger unit go fit everything. Very great service

Bug droppings, foam ceiling falling down . Unit not sealed at top so impossible for me to control bugs or critters. Also could not use circle lock because of the design of the door slide. The gentleman from square foot.com who found this for me was great and I did get use of a truck for free. He did a great job researching for me because I did not have time

Great value for money, Staff very helpful, Security is great, Lock up super clean They even had a offer on, which was really great, even more value for money Peace of mind knowing my things are safe & secure in a climate control unit. I wish they still had there offer on where by if you have your storage for 6months, 9months or 12months there would be an even better value for money for long term storage holders

I have rented a lot of storage units in the past but this was the easiest, most efficient, and accommodating one I have experienced. Time will tell but the use of the truck really makes the moving items to the storage a lot less troublesome. Security looks good but nothing special that I can observe. No better or worse than most others.
