We arrived at the facility and the manager in charge was the only employee there. She very quickly dealt with the 2 people ahead of us, but still made time to greet us and let us know she would help us as soon as possible. When our turn came, she closed the office, escorted us to the unit we were actually renting, stayed with us, answered all our questions. During this time she never once made us feel like we were bothering her, nor that she had to get back to the office. When we went back to the office to complete paperwork, she very thoroughly finished business with us, and as with us, greeted 2 other customers and let them know she would be right with them. The facility is clean, well managed, and as advertised

its a very nice place, but didnt know about the extra cost. you should give customers the option for insurance not force them to pay one of three options. Its clean and the the lady is very lovely!

Seemed to be the cheapest in the area, so went ahead and signed it. Everything was fine until I came back later that night shortly before access hours were to be over. Obviously as I was moving, time was tight. So it would have reeeeally been helpful if someone had let me know that the road into the storage facility is apparenly closed off every night while road construction is over way. Regardless, made it in before closing - only to realize the access code I was given didn't work :/ THANK GOODNESS for their 800 number allowing us access. Unfortunately my climate controlled unit didn't feel to be climate controlled whatsoever (nor did any of the rest of the interior building), but at that point nothing that can be done.

The ladies in the office are amazing. Helpful, kind and extremely pleasant. That being said, the rates were ridiculous. The website does not tell you there is an additional $12 per month insurance charge. That needs to be added. I've never used a storage facility, so maybe everyone else knows this.

My husband and I came in to CubeSmart and was greeted by Jessyca. She was pleasant and had a few customers in there and she handled everyone quickly and was very efficient. Once she had our paperwork taken care of she took us to our storage unit. It needed sweeping so she went back to the office and got the broom and cleaned it for us. We were so pleased with how pleasant she was and how fast she got everything done. She was awesome.

I was looking for a storage unit that would be easy and affordable. the staff was very friendly and helpful. I am not a computer savey person so intsead of emailing me my paperwork, the staff offered to print it out so that i would have a hard copy for my files. i would recomend this to any that need a quick/long term storage.
